Spring Gala

 Join us on Friday, May 2nd to celebrate Plymouth with fabulous cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a seated dinner in Hillis Hall. We will have both a silent and live auction to benefit the PCS Capital Campaign. We hope everyone will join us for this joyful and celebratory event. You can purchase your tickets and donate items through the school’s auction site. Tickets will be on sale through Friday, April 25th.

  Parent Teacher Conferences

 Parent Teacher conferences are coming up on April 15th (all day) and April 22nd (evening). You have already received an email from your child’s teachers to sign up for a conference. School will be closed for conferences on Tuesday, April 15th, with no children in attendance. During your conference time, childcare will be available in the gym between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.

 School is open on April 22nd with a regular schedule. There is no childcare for evening conferences.

 Conferences are a wonderful opportunity to gain insights into your child’s life at school and help formulate goals for the school year with your child’s teaching team.

Picture Day

 Picture Day is on Tuesday, April 22nd. Children should come to school at their usual scheduled times. Throughout the school day, each class will have a designated time for their photo sessions.

 Please note that the Pineapple Room 3 AM class, which meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, will have their pictures taken on Tuesday at 1:45 pm. For families in the Pineapple Room M/W/F, please bring your children to school at that time and we will guide you to the appropriate location where they will have their pictures taken.

 Lost and Found 

 Our Lost and Found bin is full! We will put everything out on a table by the front door during Parent Teacher Conferences, so have a look - you may find that missing mitten! We will be donating any remaining items to the Underground Thrift Shop at the end of this month.

 Remember that school is closed for the Easter weekend on Friday, April 18th and Monday, April 21st.
